Due to the nature of our small business, we do not get paid/are not able to cover our costs if you do not come to your planned appointment or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice to fill it. Because of this, we ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to standard appointments. For NDIS appointments or consults longer than half an hour, we ask for 48 hours notice. If you are unable to give us the required notice, we are happy to offer a Telehealth consult. If this is not suitable, then the appointment fee will be charged out.

We appreciate your understanding.
